Return Policy and Warranty
Even if we test and screen each product that we deliver, Rockstore Manila accepts returns of purchased items within 8 DAYS from the invoice date IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE.
Supporting documents and other proof will be requested in order to validate the customer’s claims. Sales Invoice and Official Receipt are both required to be presented for the claim.
Terms and Conditions:
- Item must be returned in its original packaging. Pouches, wraps, accessories, certificates, warranty cards, manuals, freebies, bundled items, and original box should all be included.
- Item should still be in its original state and not altered. Wiring kits should be intact and not dislodged from the holders.
- For items with serial numbers, the serial number should not have been tampered and must be intact.
- For items with manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must not be broken and still intact.
- Customer will shoulder the shipping fee.
Rockstore Manila may decline the return and/or void the manufacturer’s warranty if the item is found to be:
- Damaged due to mishandling, neglect, or ignorance
*Rockstore Manila shall not be liable for hidden defects if the item is not returned within 8 days from date of purchase.
Rockstore Manila applies the manufacturer’s warranty for all items. All product- related issues would be dealt with the manufacturer. Rockstore Manila will provide assistance and act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer.
If item is recognized and validated by the manufacturer as a defective product, Rockstore Manila will either:

- Have the product repaired. Necessary shipping fees and repair fees may apply. Subject to terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
- If the problem is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued. Necessary shipping fees may apply. Subject to terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
- If there are no more existing products of the same type, a refund maybe issued (subject to terms and conditions of the manufacturer).
